The Carefoon is the ideal work instrument for the carer on the work floor. Besides protection, this smartphone with its smart casing offers a host of other useful functions. The Carefoon raises the efficiency and quality of care to a higher level.
BUILT-IN BUTTON FOR ASSISTANCE REQUESTS
There is an assistance button on the back of the casing. When this is pressed, an assistance call is sent to all available colleagues. This alarm appears in the app developed for this purpose and quickly shows who needs help where. The carer who responds first accepts the alarm and goes to the scene. Once the alarm is accepted, all other colleagues’ notifications are automatically deleted. They can then continue their tasks without any interruptions.
NEUTRALISATION OF PASSIVE ALARMS
Passive alarms are alarms generated by the smart sensors. For example, if a person leaves their bed at night, an alarm will be sent to all carers on the work floor. When a Carefoon (and therefore a carer) is present in a room, these types of alarms are neutralised. No unnecessary alarms are raised!

The Carefoon also performs useful care registration and provides insights. Quality care guaranteed in all transparency!
ALARM MANAGEMENT APP
This telephone app was developed to enable efficient alarm management in the workplace. Only alarms that are relevant to the carer concerned are received through a dynamic scanning system. Active and passive resident alarms and assistance calls appear with accompanying sounds on your smartphone screen and can be easily recorded. Once recorded, the alarm is immediately erased for all other colleagues.
MANAGEMENT OF WORK EQUIPMENT
With the existing sensor network in care centres, we also make it possible to locate assets in real time. Specially designed trackers can be quickly and easily assigned and managed through an app on the phone. Very much a plug-and-play system!
